High Protein No Bake Pumpkin Cheesecake

Ingredients

This is so much more delicious than it even looks - TOTAL home run and works great for breakfast, a snack or dessert!!

Ingredients (makes 2 servings):

1/2 c pumpkin purée

1/2 c Greek yogurt

1/2 c cottage cheese

1 scoop Level 1 protein

1 Tbsp cheesecake Jello

1 Tbsp maple syrup

1tsp chia seeds

Pumpkin Pie spice

2 Grahmn crackers

Whipped cream (optional)

Directions

1.Blend all ingredients minus graham cracker and whipped cream

2.Crush a graham cracker into the bottom of each mug/jar

3.Pour cheesecake mixture on top of graham cracker

4.Cover and leave in fridge for a few hours or overnight until set

5.Top with whipped cream and a little extra pumpkin spice and enjoy!
