Spicy Pork Cabbage Rolls

2 T minced ginger
10 oz cauliflower rice
1 head green cabbage
1 egg
1 lb ground pork
2 T rice vinegar
8oz chicken broth
1/2 c tamari
2 tsp sriracha
1 tsp honey
1 tsp Chinese 5 spice
1 tsp garlic powder
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375F
2. Separate cabbage leaves
3. In large container mix together 1lb pork + 2 T tamari + 2 T minced ginger + 1 egg (beaten) + 1 tsp Chinese 5 spice + 1/4 tsp pepper + 1/2 tsp garlic powder + 1 tsp sriracha + 10 oz cauliflower rice
4. Make sauce: whisk together 1/4 c tamari + 2T rice vinegar + 8oz chicken broth + 1 tsp honey + 1 tsp sriracha
5. Heat large pot of water to boil. Boil cabbage leaves for 2 min, remove and allow to drain on paper towels
6. In a large greased baking pan, lay cabbage leaves stem side down, add 1/4 C filling to each leaf, fold side and bottom up and set seam side down. Repeat with remainder of cabbage/filling.
7. Pour sauce over top, cover pan w/ foil, and bake 50-60 minutes
