Ingredients

12 oz penne pasta

1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into strips

1 cup sweet corn (frozen or canned, drained)

Salt & black pepper, to taste

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp butter (divided)

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ tsp Italian seasoning

Fresh parsley or chives, for garnish

Optional: red pepper flakes or smoked paprika

Directions

Cook the Pasta:

Boil penne in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sear the Chicken:

Season chicken with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high.

Cook chicken for 6–7 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

Sauté the Corn:

In the same skillet, melt 1 tbsp butter.

Add corn and sauté 2–3 minutes until slightly golden. Set aside with chicken.

Make the Garlic Parmesan Cream Sauce:

Melt remaining butter in the skillet. Sauté garlic for 1 minute.

Stir in heavy cream and Italian seasoning. Bring to a low simmer.

Add Parmesan and stir until melted and smooth.

Bring It All Together:

Add penne, chicken, and corn to the sauce.

Toss to coat and simmer 1–2 minutes until everything is hot and creamy.

Serve:

Garnish with fresh parsley or chives, and a pinch of paprika or red pepper flakes. Serve hot!
