Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Garlic Bread

Ingredients

Chicken:

1 ½ lb boneless chicken breast, diced

2 tsp chicken seasoning (or your favorite blend)

2 tsp garlic powder

2 tsp onion powder

1 tsp paprika

Salt & black pepper to taste

¼ cup buffalo sauce

3 tbsp Mexican crema or sour cream

1 cup shredded mozzarella

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Garlic Ranch Butter:

1 stick unsalted butter, softened

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

2 tbsp Parmesan cheese

2 tsp garlic paste

1½ tsp ranch seasoning

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt & pepper to taste

Bread:

1 large loaf French or Italian bread, halved lengthwise

Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F

Toss diced chicken with olive oil, all seasonings, salt, and pepper

Cover and marinate for 30 minutes

Heat a skillet with a little oil over medium-high heat

Add chicken in a single layer and sear for 4–5 minutes without stirring

Cook until fully golden and cooked through

Lower heat and stir in buffalo sauce and crema until creamy and fully coated

Simmer covered for 10 minutes

Mix all garlic ranch butter ingredients together until combined

Slice the bread in half lengthwise and spread generously with garlic ranch butter

Top with shredded mozzarella, the buffalo chicken mixture, and a drizzle of the pan sauce

Bake for 15–20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly

Garnish with fresh parsley and extra buffalo sauce, slice, and serve warm
