total time


2 cups of flour

¼ cup of butter

2 tbsp sugar

3 eggs

1 ½ cup of milk

Pinch of Salt.


Melt the butter in 10 second increments until fully melted.

Sift the flour into a bowl.

Once the flour is in the bowl, put a hole in the middle.

Add the sugar.

Break the three eggs.

Stir with an electric mixer.

Add the melted butter, the milk, and the pinch of salt, while stirring.

Mix until fully combined. There should not be any clumps.

The batter should be somewhat runny.

Grab a pan and spray some nonstick cooking spray or let a pat of butter grease the pan.

Put it on low heat, spoon out the batter in a circle shape (like a pancake!)

Let the crêpe sit on the pan on high heat for roughly two minutes.

Flip the crêpe and repeat step 11.

Take the crêpe off and grab the filling.

Spread out the filling of your choice.

Fold it and enjoy!
