favorite meals I have had on rotation during my
100lbs weight loss RECIPE:
4lbs frozen ( thawed) diced chicken breast
3 cups of diced sweet potatoes
3 cups of fresh cut green beans
Season with preferences: mine are The Blend by Kinders & Shallot & Herb by Woodland
Glaze:
1/2 cup honey
1tbs minced ginger
1tbs minced garlic
1tbs soy sauce or coconut aminos
Sprinkle of red chili flakes
Directions
Bake in over uncovered at 400 degrees for 30mins & remove, add glaze on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes. #transformation
