Dad’s Maple Glazed Salmon

3/4 pound coho or copper river salmon
1/4 stick of butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
Light sprinkle of Von Hansen’s special seasoning
Directions
Fillet skin off of salmon. Rinse with cold water and pat dry. Sprinkle with lemon juice and let sit.
Heat green egg to 250-300 degrees. Open top vent all of the way until it gets too hot, bottom vent about two inches after the fire has been established.
Dust salmon with seasoning and maple butter. Spray grill with grill spray and put directly on grate, filleted side up. Grill for 3 minutes, then flip. Brush with more syrup. Grill for 3 more minutes or until flaky.
