Loaded Overnight Oats

Ingredients

1/2 cup Rolled Oats

3 tsp Chia Seeds

2 tsp Cinnamon

1 tsp Vanilla extract

2/3 cup Almond Milk or milk of choice

1/2 cup Cinnabon protein @ghostlifestyle (code ALLY 20% off)

1/2 cup Apples, diced, divided

1 tbsp maple syrup

1 tbsp Cornstarch

2 tbsp Brown sugar

Directions

In a bowl, mix the diced apples with half the cinnamon, cornstarch, & brown sugar. Cook for about 10 minutes. (Until apples golden)�

In a larger bowl or separate jars, stir together the oats, chia seeds, remaining cinnamon, almond milk, protein powder, and vanilla.

Top with apples, sprinkle of cinnamon and TADA!

Place in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours or overnight. It can last up to 3 days!
