Rolled Taco Enchiladas

Ingredients

8 corn tortillas (cooked in olive oil

1 small can green chili enchilada sauce

Shredded jack cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to375 F

In a casserole dish, pour a layer of green chili enchilada sauce.

Take each corn tortilla and dip it in sauce

Fill each tortilla with shredded of jack cheese, then roll it up.

Place each rolled tortilla seam-side down in casserole dish. Repeat until all 8 tortillas are filled and placed in the dish.

Pour enchilada sauce over rolled enchiladas, with a layer of shredded jack cheese.

Bake for about 30 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden.

Serve hot and enjoy!
