Hummus Bi Lahme with a Twist

Cube up your favourite cut of meat (I used 1 filet mignon)

Toss in a hot pan with:

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Sumac

1 tsp All Spice (7 spice)

2 tbsp of your prefeted nuts

1 tbsp optional diced jalapeño

Make a fresh salad with equal parts sliced red onion and chopped parsley with a sprinkle of sumac

Serve over a bed of hummus with a drizzle of oil and pomegranate molasses on top
