Airfryer Garlic Butter Steak & Potatoes

Ingredients

2 tbsp of oil

100g half fat butter (cut into cubes)

700g of baby potatoes diced into quarters or small chunks

4 cloves garlic whole

3 twigs of fresh rosemary

1 tsp dried oregano

Salt and pepper

750g sirloin steak cut into cubes

Freshly chopped parsley or oregano for garnish

Directions

Cut your potatoes into cubes and season with 1 tbsp oil, salt and pepper. Coat the beef in the other tbsp of oil, oregano, salt and pepper.

Pop the potatoes into the airfryer with your butter, garlic and rosemary and cook for 15 minutes at 200

After 10 minutes, give the potatoes a shake, cook for another 5 minutes then and your steak slices, cook for 7-8minutes at 200

Serve and top with fresh herbs
