Coquito (Cozy Holiday Beverage)

2 cups coconut milk
1 (15-ounce) can cream of coconut
1 (14-ounce) can condensed milk
2 cups gold rum (preferably Ron del Barrilito Two Star)
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground ginger
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
½ teaspoon ground cardamom
¼ teaspoon ground cloves
1 pinch kosher salt
Ice cubes for serving
Directions
In a blender, combine the coconut milk, cream of coconut, condensed milk, rum, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cardamom, cloves, and salt and blend on high speed until well combined.
Transfer to a 2-quart bottle or canning jar with an airtight lid and refrigerate for up to 4 months.
Shake well before serving over ice.
