Ben's Pulled Pork

Ingredients

1x pork roast

1x bottle of BBQ sauce (flavour of choice)

1x onion

1x capsicum

Handful of mushrooms

Gravox powder

Directions

- Place pork into slow cooker with onion and bbq sauce

(Skin and fat can stay on the during cook though shread as easy or what I've done is cut it off and set aside in fridge for crackling)

- Set slow cooker to low and leave for 8-10hr (longer for a more easy shread)

- Mushroom and capsicum can be added in at beginning or around the 4-5hr mark

- Once it's cooked shread the meat.

(This can be done many ways ie; two forks to reduce chunk size followed by electric egg beater)

- Gradually add gravey powder and mix (or substitute) to get desired thickness.

- Serve and eat with buns and coleslaw, baked potato, substitute meat for buritos and tacos.
