1tbsp chia seeds
1tbsp maple syrup
50g oatmilk
15 Gram protein
1 espresso shot
Topping:
3 tbsp protein (optional) yogurt
2 tbsp date syrup or use maple syrup
Cacao powder to cover bowl
Directions
In a bowl mix all the ingredients together and sit well. Check consistency and see if you need to add more milk.
Cover and refrigerate, you can keep this over night or as little as 2 hours.
