Garlic Bread Ravioli

Trader Joe’s Ricotta & Lemon Zest Ravioli
1 head of garlic
Olive oil
1/2 stick salted butter
1 tbsp pecorino romano cheese
1/2 tbsp finely chopped basil or parsley
Black pepper, to taste
Red pepper flakes, to taste
1/3 cup Italian seasoned panko bread crumbs
Directions
Cut the top off a head of garlic, add a good drizzle of olive oil on top and wrap in foil. Air fry on 325º for about 40 minutes.
When it’s done, squeeze out the garlic into a bowl with butter, pecorino romano cheese, chopped herbs, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix well and make sure all the garlic gloves are evenly smooshed in there.
Melt some of the garlic butter in a pan and add your cooked ravioli.
In another pan, add a drizzle of olive oil and toast the panko breadcrumbs on medium heat until golden brown, about 2 minutes. Sprinkle onto the ravioli and enjoy!
