Ingredients

2 lbs ground beef or pork

6 red chilies

12 cloves garlic

2 cups Thai basil

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp dark soy sauce

1 tbsp fish sauce

2 tbsp oyster sauce

2 tbsp sesame oil

2 tbsp sugar

1 tbsp MSG

Directions

In a skillet on medium-high, add olive oil, chilies, and garlic. Cook until fragrant.

Add ground beef and brown it. Cook until liquids reduce to about 20%.

Add soy sauce, sesame oil, fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, MSG, and Thai Basil. Stir until well incorporated.

Cook for another 1-2 minutes.

Serve over jasmine rice with a sunny-side-up egg
