Clam Dip

Ingredients

8 ounces minced clams, drained -Reserving 1/4 cup of clam juice

1 garlic cloves, cut in half

**CREAM**

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

**MIX IN**

2 teaspoons lemon juice

1 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Drop or 2 Tabasco hot sauce

1/2 teaspoon salt

Pinch white pepper

1/4 cup clam juice

**ADD**

Reserved clams

Directions

1. Drain clams, Reserving 1/4 cup of the juice and clams set aside.

2. Rub a medium serving bowl with the garlic halves.

3. Mix cream cheese until smooth with blender stick. Mix in remaining ingredients and the reserved 1/4 cup clam juice. Beat well

4. Then add clams.

5. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour before serving.

6. Serve with chips
