Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Donut Holes

Ingredients

Dough

120g All Purpose Flour

20g Cocoa Powder

30g Monk Fruit Sweetener

1 tsp Baking Powder

120g 0% Plain Greek Yogurt

1 Egg

30g No sugar added Dark Chocolate Chips

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Icing

50g Powdered Monk Fruit Sweetener

Water

Directions

In a bowl, add flour, cocoa powder, monk fruit sweetener, baking powder, and protein powder. Whisk until combined.

Add Greek yogurt, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until you have a thick dough.

Fold in the chocolate chips.

Lightly flour your hands, grab portions of dough, and roll into balls. You should get about 9 donut holes.

Air fry at 350°F (180°C) for about 12 minutes.

While they’re cooking, make the icing by mixing powdered monk fruit sweetener with a small amount of water. Add the water slowly, you don’t need much.

Once the donut holes are done, coat them in the icing and place on a plate or cooling rack for a few minutes to set.

Dig in and enjoy.
