Ingredients

1 oz (28g) Low Fat Cream Cheese

1/3 cup or 56g 2% Plain Greek Yogurt

2 tbsp or 15g Monk Fruit Sweetener

2 Eggs

2 tbsp or 15g Cocoa Powder

Directions

Add the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, sweetener, eggs, cocoa powder, and protein powder to a bowl and mix until smooth.

Pour the mixture into a small baking dish or ramekin.

Bake at 350°F (180°C) until the center is set and the edges are lightly firm.

Let it cool for a few minutes, flip it out onto a plate, and enjoy.

Verdict: Certified Gas ⛽️

This tasted way better than I expected. It has the texture of cheesecake, packs over 50g of protein, and actually feels like a real dessert.
