Bbq Chicken Personal Pizza

Ingredients

12.5oz can chicken, drained (355g) *should be about 10.5oz chicken*

1/4 cup parmesan (30g)

1 egg

1/2 tsp garlic powder & Italian seasoning

1/4 cup sugar-free BBQ sauce (65g)

1/2 cup fat-free mozzarella (55g)

2.5oz cooked shredded chicken breast (70g)

1/4 cup chopped red onions (25g)

Directions

Drain can of chicken and set on parchment paper and shred with a fork.

Bake in the oven at 350°F for 10 mins.

Add chicken to mixing bowl with parmesan, egg, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix to form dough for crust.

Press dough into 1/4 inch thick crust on parchment paper.

Bake in the oven at 450°F for 10 mins.

Add sugar-free BBQ sauce, cheese, chicken, and red onions.

Bake in the oven at 450°F for 10 mins or until cheese melts. Top with fresh cilantro and crushed red pepper.

Recipe notes: If you’re against using canned chicken, cook some ground chicken breast and follow the same steps to make the crust!
