Korean Ground Beef W/broccoli & Rice Recipe

Ingredients

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 Tbsp brown sugar

1 1/2 Tbsp seasoned rice vinegar

1/2 Tbsp toasted sesame oil

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp minced ginger

1/2 tsp crushed red pepper

1 Tbsp cooking oil

1 lb ground beef

Broccoli, steamed and seasoned

3 cups cooked rice

Directions

Whisk together soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger and red pepper flakes

Heat cooking oil in pan over medium heat

Add ground beef and cook until browned

Stir in the sauce and simmer a couple min

Remove from heat, add sesame seeds and green onions

Serve with broccoli and rice
