High-protein Cheesecake Bites

1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
2 eggs
4 tbsp cornstarch
4 tbsp sugar-free syrup
226g non-fat vanilla yogurt
Frozen blueberries (for topping)
Directions
Blend everything (except blueberries) until completely smooth.
Pour into a greased baking pan.
Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes until set.
While it cools, heat frozen blueberries in a pan until melted and syrupy.
Let cheesecake cool, slice into 8 bites, and top with blueberries.
