Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

• 3 Chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
• 1C. Ham, cooked and diced
•1 Lg can Cream of Chicken Soup
• 1C. Milk
• 1 ½C. Swiss Cheese, grated
• 1 tsp. Salt
•¼ tsp. Pepper
• 3 C. Rice, cooked
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375.
2. Put rice in the bottom of 9x13 pan.
3. Spread Chicken and ham over rice.
4. Mix soup, milk, salt, pepper and 1 C. cheese. Pour over rice, chicken & ham.
5. Top with remaining cheese.
6. Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Notes
Great recipe when you have left over rice or rotisserie chicken.
Look for Ham Steaks at the grocery store.
