Fiery garlic spaghetti

Ingredients

1 vegetable stock cube

350g spaghetti

½ head broccoli, broken into florets

2 tbsp olive oil

2 garlic cloves, crushed

1 chilli, deseeded and chopped

4 tbsp Parmesan, grated

Directions

1 Crumble the stock cube into a pan of water and bring to the boil. Add the spaghetti to the pan. Return to the boil and cook for 6mins.

2 Tip the broccoli into the pan, cook for a further 4mins, then drain.

3 Add the olive oil to a hot frying pan, tip in the garlic and chilli, and cook for 3mins. Add the spaghetti and broccoli, then season and toss well. Sprinkle with cheese to serve.
