Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

16 ounces fresh mushrooms

1 small onion, chopped

2 cups fresh spinach, chopped

3 tablespoons olive oil

1/4 cup white wine

1 garlic clove, chopped

bread crumbs, seasoned parsley

garlic powder

seasoned salt

1/4 pound bacon, optional

Directions

Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Chop stems, onions and spinach.

Saute in oil, wine, garlic and seasonings until cooked and juicy. (Mix in crumbled bacon now - optional) Add bread crumbs until stuffing is thicker.

Stuffing is now done and ready to put in the mushroom caps. Bake for about 15 minutes at 350 degrees, or until juice starts coming out of caps.

Notes

Stuffing can also be used in pork roast
