Cream Chicken with rice

● For the chicken:
2 chicken breasts (cut into cubes)
1 tsp olive oil
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp basil
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp salt
( Mix till well combined )
● For the sauce:
1/2 cup (120ml) low fat milk
90g low/zero fat cream cheese
15g grated parmesan
Garlic powder, basil, chilli flakes
( Blend till completely silky smooth )
Directions
Pan on medium high heat
Cook the chicken for 4 mins on one side then flip.
Lower the heat completely and add the creamy sauce.
Add spinach and cover for 2 mins then mix it all together
Simmer for about 5-8 more mins till sauce thickens a little
Serve with rice and add more seasoning if needed.
