Quinoa Egg Fritters

Ingredients

2 eggs

1/4 cup quinoa

1/4 cup oats

1.5 cups riced veggies

1 scant teaspoon garlic powder

1 very scant teaspoon onion powder

1 full tsp nutritional yeast

Directions

Cook veggies with a bit less water than package says

Mix all ingredients (eggs last)

Fry in ghee- each patty about 1/8 cup (half the already dirty 1/4 cup)
