200g caster sugar
200g softened butter
4 eggs
2 tsp almond extract
200g self raising flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp milk
For the filling I used leftover buttercream which I added almond extract to and 2-3 tbsp raspberry jam 🥰
For decoration I made a simple glaze using icing sugar, milk and a drop of almond extract! Finished off with some almonds sprinkled on top 🍰
