Ingredients

1/2 pound smoked link sausage

1/2 cup diced bacon

2 Prouds shrimp (fresh or thamed

1 tablespoon White Lily all-purpose flour

1 medium onion (chopped)

1 small green bell pepper (chopped)

2 small garlic cloves (finely chopped)

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon ground red pepper

1 tablespoon paprika

2 (16-ounce) cans diced tomatoes (undrained)

Hot cooked white rice

Directions

1. Cut sausage into circles. Soft fry in a skillet and let drain on paper towels. In the same skillet, cook bacon and let drain on paper towels.

2. Peel and clean shrimp.

3. In a large pot, add cooked sausage and bacon. Sprinkle flour over sausage and bacon. Stir. Add onion, bell pepper, garlic, Worcestershire, salt, red pepper, paprika, and tomatoes; cook over medium heat until mixture is kind of thick, stirring constantly.

4. When mixture is ready, stir in shrimp and cook until pink. Serve hot over white rice.
