Ingredients

2 cups oats, GF if necessary

1/2 cup nuts

1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

1/4 cup maple syrup

1 tbsp chia seeds

2 tbsp pumpkin seeds

Directions

Preheat 160c

In a prepared baking tray, mix all the ingredients together

Flatten to an even layer and press down so it sticks together

Bake for 18-22 minutes until golden
