Orange Glazed Carrots

8 - 10 medium carrots
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1/2 teaspoons salt
Directions
Peel carrots. Then cut into sticks and cut lengthwise into quarters or eighths to come to a uniform size.
In a large skillet, cook carrots covered in a small amount of water. Cook until tender.
Remove carrots from skillet. Discard any remaining water. Heat butter in skillet.
Add onions and cook until tender.
Stir in brown sugar and orange juice. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Add cooked carrots and sprinkle with salt. Stir lightly until carrots are evenly glazed and heated thru.
