2 quarts cold water
2 quarts calrose sushi rice
1 1/2 cups recipe wine vinegar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 lemon juiced
Directions
Wash rice cold water 5 times to remove starch. Add cold water and let soak for 20 minutes. Cook rice
In a separate pot place rice wine vinegar and white sugar heat and melt sugar. Take off heat add juiced lemon and allow to cool. Remove lemon and add stir in vinegar mixture to cooked rice . Scoop onto waffle cooker
