salt 4g

stir well

add the water

knead the dough for 8min

rest the dough for 30min

separate the dough

into 60g each piece

make balls

cover the dough

rest the dough for 15min

make the bagels

rest the dough for 30min

bagel water

water 1000ml

molasses sugar 30g

or brown sugar

mix well

add the bagels

boil each side for 30sec

Bake in a preheated oven

200°C 17 to 20min
