Ingredients

2 cans drained chickpeas ( reserve the

liquid but start with 1/4 cup in food

processor)

1/4 cup olive oil

juice of 1 lemon

1 clove of garlic ( may want more per

taste)

1 heaping tablespoonful tahini

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 pepper

1 tsp cumin

Directions

Notes

Place all ingredients into a food

processor and blend until smooth. Start

with 1/4 cup of reserved canned bean

liquid and slowly add more if hummus is

too dry. Drizzle with olive oil and

chopped parsley upon serving.
