Kimchi half jar (~300g)

Chinese cabbage 4-5 leaves

Pork mince, or slices 250g

Silken tofu 1 tube

1 med onion + spring onion

Optional inclusions: Zucchini, mushrooms e.g. Enoki, white radish

Garlic 3 cloves, minced

Condiments:

Gochugaru/chilli powder

Salt

Directions

1. Stir fry pork mince, garlic, and spring onion until fragrant. ?Add cooking wine

2. Add kimchi, vegetables, tofu, water, chilli powder, and salt to taste

3. Simmer on medium heat until cooked
