Ingredients

Ingredients: this makes 5 meals

41 ½ oz chicken breast (it’s the amount I had on hand)

Chicken marinade (teriyaki) for a few hours (1/2 cup low sodium soy, 1/4 cup water, 2 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp ground ginger, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tsp sesame oil)

4 cups broccoli florets (seasonings: low sodium soy, pepper, and garlic powder all to taste)

1 cup jasmine rice (dry)

1 ½ cups peas & carrots

3 eggs

Low sodium soy

Pepper

Garlic powder

1ish tbsp olive oil through the cook

Rice: cook the rice the day before to give it time to dry up so it fries nicely. Too soon it’ll clump and be mushy

Marinade: dump the excess marinade on the chicken for the last minute of cook time on the chicken
