6 Tbsp liquid egg whites

2 cups flour (bread or half whole wheat)
1 cup Greek yogurt
½ cup cottage cheese (blended smooth)
1 Tbsp honey
2 tsp instant yeast
½ tsp salt
Directions
Mix yeast + honey + 2 Tbsp warm water, let foam 5–10 min
Combine yogurt, cottage cheese & egg whites
Stir in flour + salt + yeast mixture → form dough
Knead 6–8 min until smooth
Let rise 1 hr until doubled
Roll ½” thick, cut rounds → let rest 20–30 min
Cook on skillet 6–7 min per side (low-medium heat)
Cool & fork-split → toast & enjoy!
