Caramel Cheesecake Dip

Ingredients

16 oz Caramel Dip, for apples

8 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup powdered sugar

½ cup Heath toffee bits

Directions

In a medium bowl using a hand mixer, cream together the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Spoon in half of the caramel and blend until the mixture is smooth. Spread into a shallow bowl or pie plate.

Microwave the remaining caramel dip for about 30 seconds until it is pourable. Stir well then pour over the cream cheese mixture.Sprinkle Heath toffee bits on top.

Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with sliced apples or pretzels.
