Spare pork ribs

Kabocha squash

Black bean sauce

Scallions

Directions

Cut spare ribs into small pieces.

Marinate spare ribs with 2 small soup spoons of black bean sauce and chopped scallions for 30 minutes.

Stir fry spare ribs for 15 minutes on medium high until cooked. Then add chopped kabocha squash. Add water to cover the squash. Cook on low heat. Once only 1/4 of the water is left, then it is ready to eat.
