One Pot Buffalo Chicken Chili

This is one of my fave high protein fall recipes that is hearty, delicious, quick, easy and comes together with minimal clean up in less than 30 mins!!
Ingredients (Serves 4-6)
1 lb ground chicken (or shredded rotisserie chicken)
1 medium onion, diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 can white beans drained & rinsed
1 can fire-roasted diced tomatoes
1 cup canned corn kernels
2 cups @KettleandFire Bone Broth (chicken flavor)
1/2 cup @PrimalKitchenfoods Buffalo Sauce
1 tsp paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
Juice of 1 lime
Optional toppings: sliced avocado, cilantro, shredded cheese, Greek yogurt or sour cream,
Directions
1.Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2.Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Sauté 3-4 minutes until softened.
3.Add ground chicken. Cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon (about 5-6 minutes) OR add in shredded rotisserie chicken
4.Stir in paprika, salt, and pepper.
5.Add beans, tomatoes, corn, Kettle & Fire Bone Broth, and Primal Kitchen Buffalo Sauce. Stir well.
6.Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
7.Squeeze in fresh lime juice before serving.
8.Top with avocado, cilantro, or your favorite garnishes.
