Ingredients

The water glass measures 200 ml.

500 g flour (4 cups)

300 ml warm water (1.5 cups)

40 ml vegetable oil (5 tablespoons)

25 g butter (1 tablespoon)

6 g powdered yeast (1 teaspoon)

10 g salt (1 teaspoon heaped)

10 g granulated sugar (1 teaspoon)

For the filling

500 g ground meat

1 red bell pepper

3 green bell peppers

1 large tomato

1 medium onion (grated, finely chop the rest)

Black pepper, red pepper flakes, salt (Combine everything together and knead until smooth)

For the dough, combine the flour in a mixing bowl. Add the powdered yeast, sugar, and warm water to the center. Let it sit for 5 minutes, then add the vegetable oil and knead the dough. Finally, add the butter and knead again. (The consistency of the dough may vary depending on the quality of your flour; it will be soft.) Cover and let it rise. After the rise, divide the dough into 9 equal pieces. Let it rest for 10 minutes. After this time, shape it as shown in the video. For the molasses water, mix 4 tablespoons of molasses and 1/2 cup of water. First, dip it in the molasses water, then the roasted sesame seeds. After shaping, add grated cheese on top. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (fan-heated). Bake until the pitas are cooked through. The minced meat is cooked through, by the way, I'll stop anyone who says it's not cooked.
