Cherry Pie Bomb Recipe

1 can biscuit dough (I used @pillsbury home style biscuits)
1 can cherry pie filling
1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup cold milk
Oil to fry in (I use peanut or vegetable)
Directions
Flatten the biscuit dough as flat as you can get it without tearing.
Add cherry pie filling to the middle and lay another flattened biscuit over.
Pressing with fork to seal it up. I also fold the seal up into the middle to form more of a ball shape.
Fry in hot oil 3-4 minutes per side and golden.
Once cooled, assemble glaze by mixing powdered sugar and milk together until smooth.
Roll cherry pies into glaze and allow glaze to set. Enjoy!
Oven method- 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes*
Air-fryer 350 degrees for 8-9 minutes*
