Oven-Roasted Sesame Broccoli

1 lb. fresh broccoli florets (or frozen broccoli florets that have been thawed)
1 medium red bell pepper (chopped)
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 ½ tablespoons rice vinegar
1 ½ tablespoons sesame oil
1 ½ tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
Place broccoli and red pepper on sheet pan coated with cooking spray. Combine the remaining ingredients. Drizzle over vegetables; stir to coat.
Bake, uncovered, at 425 degrees F for 10-12 minutes, or until vegetables are tender. Stir once about halfway through cooking.
