50g whole egg (1 egg)

60g egg whites

113g lightly breaded chicken nuggets • 28g fat free cheese

Salt + pepper

15-30g pico

Directions

Mix all base ingredients in a 13 oz container. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30 min until eggs are cooked through. Add cheese on top and heat again until melted. Top with pico and enjoy
