Ingredients

Tender marinated chicken skewers, refreshing tzatziki, and vibrant Greek salad—this is the ultimate Mediterranean platter made for sharing 🇬🇷🔥

Ingredients (Serves 5-6):

Marinade

1 ½ kg boneless thighs

6 generous tablespoons of good quality Greek yogurt

4-5 large garlic cloves

Juice + zest of a small lemon

Gentle drizzle of olive oil

2 tbsp red wine vinegar

2 tbsp dried oregano

1 tbsp dried thyme

1 level tbsp ground cumin

1 level tbsp ground sweet paprika

1 small teaspoon cinnamon

Salt and pepper (generously)

Tzatziki

500g good quality Greek yogurt (not Greek-style)

1 large cucumber

1 large handful of chopped dill

1 small handful of chopped mint

Salt and pepper

2 garlic cloves, peeled

Olive oil

2 tbsp white wine vinegar (or substitute with Lemon)

Greek Salad

3 large tomatoes

3/4 of a cucumber

1 large handful of Kalamata olives

1 large handful of basil leaves

Feta cheese

4 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp red wine vinegar

1 tbsp dried oregano

Pepper & a little salt

Side: pita bread or grilled potatoes
