Chicken breast strips

Shredded mozzarella

Marinara Sauce

Directions

Pat chicken dry with paper towels and season all over with salt and pepper. Heat a drizzle of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken in a single layer; cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through, 4-6 minutes. Reduce heat under pan to medium low. Add marinara and 1 TBSP water. Stir until chicken is evenly coated in sauce, about 30 seconds. Remove pan from heat. Sprinkle cheese in a single layer over chicken. Cover with a lid and let rest until cheese melts, about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, place garlic powder and 2 TBSP butter in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave until butter is melted, about 30 seconds. Season with salt and pepper; stir to combine. Halve and toast baguettes. Brush insides of baguettes with garlic butter. Fill baguettes with cheesy chicken marinara and serve.
