Famale casserole

Ingredients

11-12 corn tortillas slightly fried

2 chicken breasts chopped in tiny cubes

Small jar salsa

Cheddar cheese

1 can corn

1 can black beans

Garlic powder

Paprika

Cayenne pepper

Taco seasoning

Small can green enchiladas sauce

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Cut chicken into cubes. Season and cook. Set aside. Open and drain corn and beans. Rinse beans. Mix beans, chicken and corn together. Slightly fry tortillas, set on paper towels to drain oil.

In casserole dish layer as follows:

Thin layer of salsa, chicken mixture, tortillas, cheese, salsa.

Bake for 45 mins. Let sit for 10 mins.
