Saucy Meatballs

1 (8-oz) can pineapple chunks, drained, reserving juice
½ cup cocktail sauce
1 Ib frozen precooked meatballs
⅓ cup raspberry jelly
1 red bell pepper, chopped
Directions
1. Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees F.
2. Arrange the meatballs in the air fryer (they don't have to be in a single layer) and air fry for 8 to 13 minutes, shaking the basket and rearranging the meatballs halfway through cooking time, until thawed and warm. They do not have to be completely heated through.
3. Place meatballs in a cake barrel for a small air fryer or a 2-quart baking dish for a larger toaster oven-style air fryer.
4. Top with the jelly and bell peppers. Add pineapple chunks, 2 Tbsp pineapple juice and cocktail sauce; stir to coat.
5. Air fry for 8 to 12 minutes, stirring once during cooking time, or until the meatballs are 160 degrees on a food thermometer and the sauce has glazed them.
