Perfect for meal prep, here is

for 1 serve:

30g chia seeds

80g raspberries

150g @yoproau yoghurt

50mL unsweetened almond milk

10g honey (to top)

optional topping inspo:

fruit

honey granola

Coconut flakes

Nuts

Directions

mash fresh or thawed frozen raspberries with a fork

to a container, add in chia seeds, berries, yoghurt and milk. add more or less milk depending on the consistency you like.

pop in the fridge overnight, top with honey & enjoy!
