Ingredients

3 lb beef chuck roast

2 tbsp olive oil

1 cup beef broth

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp garlic, minced

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp salt

1 tsp onion powder

1 tbsp brown sugar

Directions

Heat oil and sear roast on all sides until browned

Transfer roast to slow cooker

Mix broth, Worcestershire, garlic, and brown sugar

Pour mixture over roast

Season with salt, pepper, and onion powder

Cover and cook on low 8 hours

Shred slightly and coat with juices before serving
